Looks furry

My car's started icing up (and steaming up) most mornings. I took this picture while waiting for the heaters to clear the windows of condensation on the inside. It's ice but it looks sorta furry.

In other news damp seems to be trying to gain a permanent foothold in my vehicle! How can I battle this vile foe?
